I have been working with PeakCentral for several years as my property managers for a couple of my properties. The tenant wanted to break lease and it seemed like a good opportunity to sell the property. Working with Michelle and Richard was easy and completed over phone text or email. I was more than happy to complete to sale in this manor. Richard gave me an update after each home open (only 2 required after first accepted offer fell through) and kept me up to date every step of the way. Michelle was also great in keeping me informed.
